Dr. Jalaei said that the reasons for not achieving significant success in international affairs were the lack of system building, the lack of unity of procedure and the consensus of all, and specified: "Considering the long history of Markazi province, we should take a closer look at the existing obstacles." In order to unite the groups, there should be a public monitoring of the systematic implementation of the work.
