The president of Arak University of Medical Sciences said: The research project to investigate air pollution in Arak needs 15 billion rials of credit. According to Webda Markazi, Dr. Seyed Mohammad Jamalian added: "This amount of credit is needed to conduct an air pollution research project in Arak, and this is very important due to the industrial nature of the province." He said: "Despite being industrial, this province has lack of research plan in the field of pollution and all comments in this regard have remained hypothetical."

He stressed: "Despite the prevalence of coronavirus and limited resources, researchers have not abandoned research area and Arak University of Medical Sciences has succeeded in promoting research."

Dr.jamalian added: "Carrying out a complete research project that answers the questions of the officials about the pollution of the province is an important issue that has been kept silent for several years due to financial issues."
