With the showing of the website of the National Committee for the Prevention and Control of Non-Communicable Diseases of the Islamic Republic of Iran, it was possible to access comprehensive information in the field of non-communicable diseases. 

Non-communicable diseases are currently the leading cause of death and disability in the world. The National Committee for the Prevention and Control of Non-Communicable Diseases of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in order to prevent and control types of these diseases and related risk factors, tries to organize the activities in this field in an appropriate manner. 

According to Webda, some of the dedicated features of this website include introducing committee working groups and uploading reports, informing the latest news in the field of non-communicable diseases, introducing the goals and members of the committee and secretariat, free access to the national document and various publications of the committee, promoting community health, increasing engagement with universities, and devoting a special section to university committee reports. Also, part of this website is dedicated to national measures on non-communicable diseases and Covid-19.
