• Identifying resources and health problems related to community's health and determining priorities
• Planning for solving major problems in the framework of its responsibilities and designated  strategies by Iran with regard to the specific conditions of Markazi province
• Programming for providing necessary training plans to maintain and improve community's level of health based on health needs
• Predicting and proposing required resources and allocating operating budget based on plans in Markazi province
• Using scientific methods for obtaining information about diseases status and acting at the needed time when epidemic diseases or unpredicted events occur
• Monitoring and controlling towns and villages drinking water and basic environmental improvement projects in all villages
